A MUM has sparked outrage by padding out her four-year-old daughter's chest and bottom in a bid to win beauty pageants.
Little Maddy Jackson is transformed into a miniature version of busty country and western singer Dolly Parton with fake C-cup boobs and a boosted bum for the competitions.
Her mother Lindsay Jackson has defended her decision to dress Maddy in a tight-fitting pink Lycra catsuit, complete with the suggestive hourglass silhouette.
She said: "To some people, it's over the top, to us it's just what happens. It's just normal.
"When she wears the fake boobs and the fake butt, it's just like an extra bonus.
"It's really funny when she comes out on stage and everyone thinks it's hysterical.
"Because they all of a sudden realise that not only is she Dolly, she has the enhancements just like Dolly has.
"We tend to score really well all the way around from almost everybody."

Maddy is the latest shocking contestant to appear on US reality show Toddlers and Tiaras.
Lindsay revealed her daughter's Dolly Parton outfit was made for her when she was a child and competing in pageants.
On the show, Maddy says: "I want to show the judges how beautiful I am. I love dressing up as Dolly."
Thousands of young hopefuls battle it out to be crowned a beauty queen in pageants across America every year.
Despite being barely old enough to string a complete sentence together, many are given spray tans, heavy make-up and suggestive outfits in a bid to grab a title and cash prize.
