Ningbo Sanmen Bay Bridge is scheduled to be under comprehensive construction by the Ningbo Sanmen Bay Development Co., LTD at the beginning of next year.

The Sanmen Bay Bridge and the wiring project will be connected from the currently-built Xiangshan Port Bridge, and end in Liu’ao Town, Sanmen County, with a connection to the proposed-built Taizhou Bay Bridge.

With the overall length of 55 kilometers, Sanmen Bay Bridge will cover Maoyang Town in Xiangshan County, Changjie Town in Ninghai County, Yuejingyang and Che’ao Port reservoirs, and Changjie Industrial Park, etc.

After construction, the RMB6.58 billion bridge will cut transit time between Ningbo and Taizhou, and will also give a push to the integration of economic development in the Yangtze River Delta.
